The correct way to use:
1. When not in use for a long time, the pipeline upstream of the valve should be closed to relieve the pressure.
2. When using, the pressure of the oil source should not be too high, and should be kept below 25MPa.
3. When adjusting the positioning screw, the pressure in the cylinder should be removed, otherwise the screw cannot be rotated.
4. In order to ensure the accuracy of the refueling amount, the valve should be refueled 2-3 times after the first use or after adjustment, so that the air in the cylinder is completely discharged before normal use.
5. When using this system, pay attention to keeping the grease clean and do not mix in other impurities, so as not to affect the performance of the metering valve. The filter element should be designed in the oil supply pipeline, and the filter accuracy should not be greater than 100 mesh.
6. During normal use, do not block the oil outlet artificially, so as not to damage the parts of the air control part of the combined valve. If blockage occurs, clean it up in time.
7. Install the valve in the pipeline, pay special attention to the inlet and outlet ports, and do not install them backwards.
Scientific maintenance methods:
1. It is very necessary to regularly disassemble and wash the whole machine and parts of the butter machine, which can ensure the smooth flow of the oil path of the butter machine and reduce the wear of the parts.
2. The butter machine itself is a machine used to lubricate, but the parts of the butter machine still need to add lubricating oil such as oil to enhance the protection of the machine.
3. After purchasing the butter machine, always check the fixing screw condition of each part. Because the butter machine itself needs to work in a high-pressure environment, it is particularly important to fix each part.
4. Everyone knows that the butter machine cannot contain corrosive liquids, but moisture-proof is often neglected in use, and the parts will naturally rust over time, which will affect the performance of the butter machine.
